JoAnn Lambert

Born January 28, 1930 in rural Sikeston to Roy M. and Hallie Wyatt Johnson.

On May 19, 1951 in Sikeston she married Lecil Lambert who preceded her in death on February 15, 2010.

JoAnn was a nurse, homemaker and an active member of the Shady Acres Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and six sisters: Buss Johnson and Charles Johnson of Sikeston, Don Johnson of Morley, Jimmy Johnson of Sikeston, Mildred Holifield of Trenton GA., Gail Aubert of Topeka KS., Evelyn Burns Wright of Sikeston, Helen Johnson of Chandler, AZ., Betty Taylor of Vergennes, IL. and Norma Johnson of Sikeston.

She is survived by two sons and daughters in law: Doug and Melinda Lambert and Steve and Marla Lambert of Sikeston. Six grandchildren Stacie (Cris) Snooks and Hallie (Jonathan) Campau of Kansas City, Andrew (Rebecca) Lambert and Abbey (Melvin) Johnson of Cape Girardeau, and Garrett (Haley) Lambert of St. Louis.

Two step grandsons and wives: Brent and Kristy Taylor and Brandon and Cindy Taylor of Sikeston; and twelve great grandchildren.

One brother and sister in law Bill and Mary Johnson of Amarillo, TX. and one sister Bonnie Stinski of CA., one sister in law: Deannie Lambert Bass (Don) of CA.

Family visitation will be 10:00 AM Monday January 31, 2022 with public visitation 11:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. with Keith Olbricht, minister of Shady Acres Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial will be at the Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO.

Pallbearers: Grandchildren Stacie Snooks, Andrew Lambert, Garrett Lambert, Hallie Campau and Abbey Johnson.

Honorary Pallbearers: Brent Taylor and Brandon Taylor.

Funeral Service will be streamed on Facebook Live at 1:00 PM on Nunnelee Funeral Chapel Facebook page Monday, January 31, 2022.
