She was born on December 16, 1937 in Parma, MO. to the late Willard Wilson “WW” and Opal Irene Richards Cox.

On March 22, 2001 in Arkansas she married Ronald Hall who preceded her in death on November 16, 2014.

She is survived by one son, Stevin Garner of Tennessee; one daughter, Lisa (John) Groesbeck of Sikeston, MO.; two brothers, Michael Cox of Missouri and Roger Cox of Wisconsin; two sisters, Sharon (Robert) Gremore of Missouri and Barbara (Prentice) White of Kansas; three grandchildren, James Bonner, Eliot Bonner and Sara (Nathan) Horning and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Johnnie Cox, Luther Junior Cox and Robert Cox and three sisters, Ruth Karnes, Alice Wheeler and Freda Long.

Graveside service will be held on December 21, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO. with military honors.

Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Cox, Roger Cox, Robert Gremore, Prentice White, John Groesbeck and Stevin Garner.
