Of North Potomac, MD, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Born on April 29, 1957 in Silver Spring, MD, she is the daughter of the late Milton and Harriet Levine; wife of Donald Marshall; devoted mother of Jamie, Brian and the late Jeffrey Marshall; sister of Ann (Joseph) Penn and the late Elliot Levine; aunt of David (Corey) Penn and Daniel (Meredith) Penn. Bev was involved in the Maryland education system, actively volunteered with Meals on Wheels of America and loved to rescue troubled dogs. Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Adelphi, MD.
