Debbie Reynolds

Debbie Reynolds, a resident of Riderwood in Silver Spring, MD, passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 75 after a prolonged illness. Debbie was born on September 15, 1946 in Middlesex, New Jersey. She was a loan processor for a mortgage company for 40 years and an avid gardener throughout her life. She started her own gardening business after her retirement and was a devoted volunteer gardener at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton. Most recently, she was a cherished member of the Burtonsville Garden Club. Debbie loved seeing the world with friends, traveling to 32 countries and 45 states in her lifetime.

Debbie was predeceased by her husband Peter Reynolds and her parents, Laverne and Kenneth Raub. She leaves behind her brother Jeff Raub of Sharon, MA, two nieces, a nephew, and 11 great-nieces and nephews. In addition, she leaves behind many beloved friends who were like family to her.

A memorial service in Debbie's honor will be held at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home on Sunday, May 8, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
