Evelyn Levine, 86, died as she lived—on her terms. She had strong ideas about kitchen cabinet organization and how humans should treat each other—with love, kindness, and a heap of tolerance. The friends she made were for life, whether they met in kindergarten or just last week. She was preceded in death by Melvin, her high school sweetheart and husband of 67 years. She was the proud mother of 4, grandmother of 12, and great grandmother of 8, all of whom she loved with her whole soul.
Evelyn, your work here is done. Time to enjoy that Cosmo Mel’s got waiting for you. When we think of you, and we will often, it will always be with deep gratitude and love that we got to share our lives with you.

The Graveside ceremony is for immediately family only. There will be a gathering for all those who love her at Leisure World (3701 Rossmoor Blvd. Silver Spring, MD 20906) at 4:30 PM on January 5th, 2022.
