PHILLIPS, GERALD G. (Age 75) On Thursday, July 28, 2016, Gerald G. Phillips, Beloved husband of Ellen S. Phillips; loving father of Rachel Phillips; dear brother of Maxine Yoffe McClure (Charles), Bobbie Berger (late Stanley) and the late Bernie Phillips. Also survived by his sister-in-law Sherrie Kinsler (Harlan) and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 10 AM at Judean Memorial Gardens, Olney, MD. Family will be observing Shiva on Sunday, August 7, 2016 starting at 3 PM with Minyan at 7 PM at the residence of Susie and Lloyd Kleinman.
