On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, James Leon Horn, II of Clarksville, Maryland. Beloved son of the late James E. and Cornelia C. Horn; brother of Ken, Geoffrey and the late Rodger Horn; uncle of Jenna Raye, Kylie Eden and the late Dana Ashley Horn; also survived by his aunts, Mary Kirkpatrick and Gloria Smith, many cousins and his former wife Gail Turner. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD from 10 am until 12 noon where his memorial service will immediately follow at 12 noon. Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville, Maryland. The family kindly suggests that contributions in his memory be directed to Shepherd's Table.
