Jan Michael Steadman

Mike is survived by his wife Susan Barnett Steadman and two sons Kenneth Steadman and Daniel Steadman and daughter in-law Jennifer and granddaughters, Autumn and Presley Steadman.

Mike is also survived by his mother Mavis Harkness and brothers James Steadman and Jim Harkness. Predeceased by his father Jon Curtus Steadman and brother Jon (Beau) Steadman and step father Kenneth Harkness, who he had a close bond. Mike also leaves behind his mother in-law Kay McMillan. Three nephews and one niece, several aunts and cousins and many friends.

Mike was happy with his life he loved his family. He found joy in spending time with his granddaughters, baking cookies, and dying easter eggs. Mostly watching movies with them eating popcorn and popsicles, telling them, the kitchen is always open at Papa’s house.

Mike enjoyed his friends, he never wanted to miss a party, he loved getting together with them.

His other likes were camping, fishing on his boat the Two Sons, He also enjoyed off shore fishing with his friends on their boats as well. He enjoyed snow skiing, (in his younger days) but most of all riding his Harley Davidson. That was the activity he missed most.

As time went on and his health failed him, he did not complain much, he always said he had a good life and was surprised he made it this long.
