Joshua was born in Anchorage, Alaska on January 25, 1989. He was blessed with a very special disposition - nothing ever bothered him. So many people have made the same comment: I wish I was more like Josh. He had an amazing mechanical talent. He could fix anything - especially cars - just by looking at it. He made and kept countless friendships and would do anything for a friend.
He died on August 12, 2020, at Adventist Healthcare at Shady Grove, with his parents at his side. He fought his brain cancer for a year and a half but in the end could not conquer the inevitable. During that time, he did astonishing things with his force of will - learning to walk even though his right side was paralyzed, building countless highly complex Lego structures with only his left hand and on and on. He continually showed heroic perseverance.
He is survived by his Mother, Hae Son Walker, and his Father, William K Walker, his brothers, Daniel and Peter, his nephew Grayson Walker and niece, Harper Walker.
