Marcia Davida Proctor, age 76, of Germantown, MD, passed away peacefully at home on March 10, 2025. Born October 1948 in Washington, DC, Marcia was the older daughter of Phillip Stone and Lillian Tolkins Stone.
She is survived by her beloved children, Jenny Green (née Proctor) and Amanda Embrey (Matthew); her grandchildren, Lucas Green and Ava Embrey; She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Deborah Olinger.
A graveside service will be held on March 12, 2025 at 2pm at King David Memorial Gardens at 2712 Hollywood Rd, Falls Church, VA.
Her kindness, wisdom, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory be a blessing.
