Mark Lester Canalita Nazal, born on July 31, 1979, in Quezon City Philippines, the son of Milagros Canalita Nazal and Lamberto Cristobal Nazal. He. He died at home on May 17, 2025, with family in Silver Spring, MD, returning home to our good Lord.
He attended Flower Hill Elementary School, Saint Martin of Tours School and graduated from Good Counsel High School. Mark then went on to pursue his Bachelor’s at McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada), and University of Maryland. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He last worked as an employee of Accenture Federal Services.
Mark is survived by his spouse, Irene Joyce Salvador Pacis, their four children: Mylene, Shion, Ayana, and Christian. His brother’s Lee Nazal (Bernadette) and Ceferino Nazal (Melissa). Nieces and nephews: Nico, Julie, Samantha, Cameron, Amelia, and Lauren.
Mark was a shining light to those who knew him. He was such a joy to family, friends and co-workers. His passing has left a void in our hearts. We ask you to remember him by the way he lived and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of meeting him.
