Rima Nasri Awwad Awwad Khouri

Rima Nasri Awwad Khouri of Laurel, Maryland passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016. Rima was born on March 29, 1972 in Zarqa, Jordan. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 25 years, Marwan Steve Khouri, three children, Heather, Jimmi, and Sabrina. She is also survived by two brothers, Raed Nasri Awwad and Samer Nasri Awwad and three sisters, Randa, Samia, and Rania as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Rima was preceded in death by her father Narsi Raffiq Awwad and her mother Rahejah Awwad. Rima will be most remember for her heart of gold. Her kind, generous nature touched the lives of her family and friends. Rima was also a wonderful cook and loved to share her gift with others. Rima also loved to travel to Jordan to visit with her siblings and their families.

Rima's wishes were to return to Jordan to be laid to rest with her parents. In lieu of flowers, please donate to help her family cover funeral and medical expenses. Donations may be made to Hines-Rinaldi in c/o Khouri.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 2pm to 5pm at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, Inc.
