On August 23, 1958 she married Jeremy Shreve Jackson. They raised three sons Thomas, Peter and Hugh.Sarah graduated from Fordham University and taught Chemistry at National Cathedral School prior to getting married and raising three boys. She was involved with public speaking through Toastmasters where she won many awards. She liked making puzzles and needlepoint. Sarah is survived by her three children, Thomas, Peter and Hugh and her grandchildren Nathan, Alison, Andrew and Madison.
Visitation will be held on Thursday April 21 between 4:00 o’clock p.m. to 7:00 o’clock p.m. at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silvers Spring, MD. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 at St. Peters Catholic Church, 2900 Olney Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD at 11:00 o’clock a.m.
