Stump - Dog Pound is survived by his mother Edna (Palmer) Offord and his father Stanley Ellsworth Budd Offord, Sr.; his sister Vickie Palmer, his sister Lisa Davis, his sister Clemy Alford (Calvin) and his brother Kendell Butler (Nona); Tyrone Palmer (Nikita Striggs-Palmer), his lifelong friend Theresa Clark and his aunt Diane Davis.

Stump - Dog Pound was preceded in death by his sister Danise Palmer; his grandmother Rebecca Palmer, his grandmother Elsie Snowden, his uncle Robert Palmer, his uncle Stanley Palmer, his uncle Leo Palmer, his uncle Frederick Palmer, his aunt Ruth Posey, and his aunt Margaret Lewis.

Stanley is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
