Dorena was known for her gentle selfless manner, welcoming smile, and warm hospitality. Affectionately known as "Sister" to those closest to her, Dorena always put her family above all else. She was especially proud of her two grandsons, Connor and Dylan Morrison, and loved attending their sporting events and spoiling them with candy. Dorena found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her favorite activities included puttering in her flower gardens, shopping at craft fairs, playing bingo with friends, quiet evening drives in the country with her husband, visiting Hollywood Slots, and watching the Red Sox. Dorena shared a close friendship with her cousins Barbara, Diane and Karen who live locally. Most of all, Dorena loved spending time with her family, especially during the holidays when she would decorate her home splendidly and celebrate the seasons.
