Russell is survived by his wife, Debra Ann Foreman, four children, Amanda Hope Foreman, Russell Ray Foreman, Jessie Ellis Applegate, Elizabeth Ann Thomas, brothers, David Foreman, Douglas Foreman, four granddaughters, Courtney Applegate, Ashley Applegate, Brittany Thomas, Haylie Boucher, and one grandson, William Boucher.
Visitation is from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Marrs-Jones Funeral Home in Smithville, Texas. The Funeral Service will be Monday, March 21, 2011 at Marrs-Jones Funeral Home with burial following at Byler Cemetery, in Muldoon, Texas.
