Remember Me
Remember me, but never cry. Remember me when the doves fly. Remember me when you hear the ocean blue, for like the sound of waves, I am forever with you. Remember me, but do not grieve, for it’s God’s will for me to leave. Remember me, but not in sadness. Remember me only in gladness for all we shared in laughter and fun. For now my purpose on Earth is done. So go your way. Find a new tomorrow. Never think of me with sorrow. Make each new day the best before you come to that heavenly rest. Remember me.
