Wes Kazen, son of Garrett and Mary Kazen went home to be with the Lord peacefully at age 87 in his home. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Muriel, and his brothers, Bob and Harold. He is survived by his wife, Beverly, daughter, Sharon (Bill), son, Gary (Huguette), sisters, Pat and Virginia, step-children, Kelli (Robert), Karen (Robert), Kimberley (John), and Raymond, and their respective children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Wes spent many years as a dairy farmer in the Snohomish Valley. He also worked at Boeing and in the woods and many other jobs for the benefit of his family and many others. Family was first and most important to him. His character was demonstrated by his faith, love, devotion, and always caring for others.
A Funeral Service will be held at Bauer Funeral Chapel, 701 1st Street, Snohomish, WA at 11:00 am Sat., Sept. 14. Viewing will be Friday Sept. 13 from 4pm to 7pm and Sat., Sept. 14, from 9am to 11am. A reception will follow the service at the chapel. Burial will be at GAR Cemetery following the reception.
