Louise M. (DeMello) Carnahan, age 73, of Fall River, passed away at home on Monday, January 26, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late David Carnahan and the devoted mother of the late April Imbeault.
Born in Fall River, Louise was the daughter of the late Antone and Annette (Desnoyer) DeMello. She was a graduate of Somerset High School and went on to work for many years as a caretaker of show horses, a role that reflected her deep love and respect for animals.
Above all else, Louise cherished time spent with her family and friends.
She is survived by her siblings, Pauline A. Sardinha of Somerset; Janice DeMello of SW Rochester, WA; George DeMello and his wife, Sue, of Taunton; and Donald DeMello and his wife, Yumei, of Somerset. She also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.
Louise was the sister of the late Antone DeMello, Jr., Louis M. DeMello, her twin, and Gerald DeMello.
