Connie Marie Trahan

Connie M. (Nascimento) Trahan, passed away peacefully at home on June 30, 2022 after a short courageous battle against Pancreatic cancer. She was the loving wife of Richard L. Trahan whom she had been married to since 1989 and had shared the last forty years with.

Born in Faial, Azores, she was the daughter of Alice L. (Gaipo) Nascimento, of New Bedford and the late José L. Nascimento.

Connie worked for Titleist as a Flex Associate for 23 years. She enjoyed camping with her husband and many friends, traveling, watching HGTV, celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas with family, and playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Richard L. Trahan of Dartmouth; her three children, Heather Trahan-Martins and her wife Tammy of Westport, Christopher Trahan and his wife Tiffany of New Bedford, and Jason Trahan and his wife Amber of Dartmouth; her three beloved grandchildren, Benjamin, Aurora, and Azalea; her mother Alice L. Nascimento of New Bedford; her sister Linda Rodrigues and her brother Carlos Nascimento of New Bedford; along with several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Helder Nascimento.

Connie’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 10:00AM in St. Julie Billiart Church, 494 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747. Visitation Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00PM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME at DARTMOUTH, 230 Russells Mills Rd. Dartmouth, MA 02748. Burial in South Dartmouth Cemetery.
