Lawrence Winslow

Born in Foxboro, MA, he graduated from Foxboro High School in 1954. Larry moved his family to Brewster in 1969. He worked as an electrician for Canham Electric before going out on his own. He was a member of the Society of Cape Cod Craftsmen, the Artisans Guild, Brewster Sportsmen Club and the Brewster Baptist Church. He was the Scout Master for troop 73. Larry was an accomplished stained glass craftsman, and enjoyed woodworking and fishing.

He was the son of Benton Winslow and Ruth Chamberlain. He was the husband of 54 years of Elizabeth (Sweet) Winslow. He leaves three sons, Lawrence E. and girlfriend Kathy LaBreque of Brewster, Jeffrey B. and wife Stephanie of Harwich, Bruce R. of Juneau, AK, and two grandsons, Jonathan and Daniel. Brother of Joan Hill of Arlington, VA and Suzanne Jackson of Mansfield, MA, sister in law of Marjorie Flint and nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 11 AM at the Brewster Baptist Church, 1848 Main Street, Brewster, MA.
