West Dennis - Mary Veronica Louise (Hayes) Good, "May" by friends, "MayMay" by the grand and great-grand, Mom or Mary by the amazed & "My Darling" by her "sweet baboo", a celebrated Cape Cod artist of prodigious magnificence, on July 7th, in her own home, knowingly aware she was surrounded by love & prayer, ever so gently laid down her beautiful 94 years as complete; freeing her spirit to the care of angels and peacefully departed on her return journey to God. Born in Boston on August 1, 1921 Mary was the beloved daughter of the late Walter Patrick Hayes & the late Ethel J. (Kennedy) Hayes. She is survived by Lawrence L. A. Good, her husband of 73 years, her son, Lawrence J. Good, both of West Dennis, MA & grandson Daniel P. Jelloe of Onset, MA & step siblings Ethel (Finn) Kisil of Norwell, MA & William Finn of Fultondale, Alabama. Predeceased by her brother Walter "Red" Hayes & step siblings Evelyn, Robert, Edward, Thomas & George Finn. She is also, tragically and sorely so, predeceased by her daughter Maureen F. Jelloe of Myrtle Beach & her granddaughter Christine N. (Jelloe) Villanueva & great-granddaughters Caroline & Julie Villanueva of Easton, FL. Survived by Dr. Raul Villanueva of FL.

Friends and Relatives are invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 4pm to 7pm at Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home 729 Route 134 S. Dennis, MA 02660. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at St. Pius X Church, 5 Barbara Street, South Yarmouth, MA 02664. Burial to follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Dennis, MA.
