Rosena Ray

Rosena grew up in Aiken County, SC along with her seven sisters and six brothers and attended Scofield High School. She later found a career as a beautician eventually co-owning her own barber shop and beauty parlor alongside her husband for fifteen years. In 1965, she moved to the Cape and enjoyed a 25 year profession in retail at Edson Clothing Store in Dennis Port. Rosena was a very active member of the South Dennis Congregational Church and when she wasn’t attending church activities, you could always find her reading her favorite family oriented novels.

Rosena is survived by her son Eugene Moor of Danvers, MA, her three sisters: Lucille Graham of S. Dennis, MA, Pansy Graham Keys of Roosevelt, MD, and Anna Lou Barber of Baltimore, MD as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will truly be missed by all who were touched by her life.

A Funeral Service will be held at the South Dennis Congregational Church, 218 Main Street, S. Dennis, on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Burial will conclude at the S.
