Yvette Costa

Costa, Yvette, 55, of South Dennis, formerly of Watertown, passed away on June 3, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. She is the beloved wife of retired Watertown Fire Captain, Joseph J. Costa and will be greatly missed by her devoted daughters, Jennifer Costa of Dennis and Ashley Pouliot and her husband Gerry of Yarmouth and was the kind and loving Nana of Eljay Blount. She is also survived by her caring mother, Joyce A. DuBeau of Englewood, FL, her sister, Yvonne Ferranti of Franklin, MA, her brother, Richard DuBeau of Randolph, MA and was pre-deceased by her father Richard DuBeau. Her love for her family knew no bounds and was always the voice and spirit of holidays and get togethers, she loved traveling, gardening, and taking in the quiet serenity of the beach; but her greatest passion was cooking for her family. There will be a place that can only be filled by the memory of her smile and laugh, wondrous cooking, and the fond stories to be shared with friends and family, she will truly be missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 4-7 PM at Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home, 729 Rt. 134, S. Dennis, MA. A Funeral Mass in her honor will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Cape Parish, 468 Stony Brook Rd., Brewster, MA and will conclude with a committal service at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
