Loving father of Erin (Vincent) Laverick, William (fiancee Kelly Wardein) and Andrew. Proud papa of Lucianna and Samuel. Brother of John (Pat Cassidy), Gregg (Chris), Jeffrey, and David. A favorite uncle to a host of nieces and nephews.
Brad graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelors and masters in business education. He was an exemplary high school business teacher for 38 years at South Milwaukee School District and the former head football coach from 1983-2002. He also coached baseball and basketball. He was a passionate educator and took a special interest in his students in and outside the classroom.
With great love, he supported his children and took pride in all their accomplishments. Brad loved Mary Kay unconditionally. They were a great team and devoted to each other. He was active in the community and belonged to South Milwaukee Lions Club where he served as past president and longtime treasurer. He also served as Parish Council President for St. John's Church in South Milwaukee. He loved poker, sheepshead, golf, The Brewers, The Packers, and spending time with his many great friends. His parties will be missed. He typified his favorite phrase, "In every good man, there's a little bit of boy."
