

(nee Chronert) of Wild Rose (formerly of South Milwaukee) found peace in her home surrounded by family on Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Loving mother of Darrell (Kelly) Toliver, Debra (Ronald) Karfonta, Alan (Christene) Toliver, Paul Toliver (Hazel Scott). Proud Grandmother of Remington, Allison Wisinski (Toliver), Nicholas, Joshua, Kyle Karfonta, Christopher, Alexander, Tyler Cole (Toliver). Beloved siblings Ron Netzel, Kathy (Rich) Graczyk, James (Rosie) Chronert, Joan Hastings, Ellen (Tom) Chronert, Robert (Kathleen) Chronert, John (Sharon) Chronert. Further survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, dearest friend of Isabelle, Jan, Mary Pat, and Jo. Preceded in death by Carlton Toliver, parents Victor and Agnes (Dinauer) Chronert, loving sisters Mary (Ron) Netzel, and Belinda (Bob) Chronert.
A heartfelt thank you to her family, the staff at Theda Clark, Rennes Health Center, Portage County Health Care Center, St. Michaels, and Ministry Home Health-Hospice Care for all the loving care and laughs they gave to Lu. A special thank you also goes to the Xaverian Missionaries of Franklin in remembrance of Agnes Chronert. The family wishes to thank Molthen-Bell for providing special attention for Lu.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, July 17, 2011 at 1:30pm at Molthen-Bell & Sons Funeral Home, 700 Milwaukee Ave, South Milwaukee. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home from 11:30am until time of memorial service. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Lung Association appreciated.
