Prior to moving to Absecon, NJ, Chris was a long-time resident of Churchville, PA. Chris was born on August 3, 1989, in Philadelphia, PA, to parents, Pamela Kops (née Sharples) and Christopher P. Kops. He graduated from Council Rock High School South in 2008. He continued his education, graduating from LaSalle University with a degree in Computer Science. Chris went on to establish a career as an Application Developer.
Chris loved playing video games and had a newfound passion for collecting and selling comic books. He always enjoyed a good Anime movie or series. Known for his adventurous spirit, sense of humor, and kind heart, his family will miss him dearly.
Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harry and Nellie (née Carbutt) Sharples, and Stanley and Leocadia (née Matela) Kops.
Chris is survived by his mother, Pamela Kops (Joe Stefanelli), father Christopher Kops (Debbie), brother Matthew Kops (Rebecca Langbein), along with aunts, uncles, and cousins.
