John W. “Bill” Kehres, age 70 died on Saturday January 16, 2010 at Abington Hospice of Warminster. Born in Philadelphia, he had lived in Hatboro for the past 24 years. He was previously a resident of Willow Grove. Mr. Kehres was aerospace engineer with SPS Technologies in Jenkintown for 52 years before his retirement in 2008. Bill was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting. He was a member of the Cannstatter Volksfest-Verein. Bill was the beloved husband of Cheryl A. Spiecker Kehres for 27 years. He was the devoted father of Sharon (Gary) Schriver of Warminster, Jack (Judy) Kehres of Glenside, Kevin Kehres of Willow Grove, and Christopher Kehres of Hatboro. He was the loving grandfather of Megan Smith, Corey and Sara Schriver, Jack and Kelly Kehres. He was the brother of Mary Lou Davis, Virginia Stewart, the late Lamar L. Kehres, and the late Ardeth Kline.
