Jon James Mulhern died on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Abington Hospital. He was 57 years old. Born in Doylestown, Jon was the son of the late Barbara Patterson and stepson of the late Richard Patterson and son of Joseph Mulhern. He was a longtime resident of Hatfield.
Jon was the loving father of Jon Jr., Paul and Evan Mulhern. He was devoted grandfather of Evan Mulhern Jr. He is also survived by his brother Don Mulhern and his nephews Bryan and Mychael Mulhern.
Jon was very involved in the family owned communications business. He enjoyed fishing. He was an avid hockey player and fan. Jon was also a competitive boxer as well as an accomplished musician.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 9 to 11 AM on Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Wm. Rowen Grant Funeral Home, Street Rd. and 2nd St. Pike, Southampton. Jon’s service will be at 11 AM. The interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery.
