Leona "Lee" M. Grace (nee Watson) passed away peacefully on September 16, 2018. Born in Philadelphia to proud parents, Elmer and Mary (nee Sanders) Watson, Lee was the devoted wife of the late Francis X. Grace.
Lee loved traveling and was an avid Phillies and Eagles Fan, a true lover of Philadelphia. Cooking was one of her favorite passions and great pastime. A greeting card sender, who never missed one's birthday, anniversary or any special occasion, Lee appreciated and celebrated every great moment in life. When not cooking, she was boating and/or sailing (or wishing she was.) An enthusiastic Jeopardy fan, she loved hearing the theme song, watching faithfully and answering every question possible. Lee also loved participating in water aerobics.
Lee is survived by her loving children: Carol Muniz (Lorenzo), Frank Grace (Alice) and Diane Forrest (Chris), her wonderful grandchildren: Nick, Lorenzo, Anthony, Joe, Dena, Martin and her great-grandson, L.J., as well as her sister, Phyllis Kelly. Lee is also survived by her long-time companion, Ed Donnelly, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to Lee's viewing on Friday evening, September 21, 2018 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Wm. Rowen Grant Funeral Home, 659 Street Rd., Southampton, PA 18966 and on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 8:30 am at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Avenue, Southampton. Interment will be at Greenmount Cemetery, Philadelphia. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Lee's memory, be made to The Jefferson Health Hospice, 225 Newtown Rd., Warminster, PA 18974.
