Christie was born August 4, 1972. She was devoted to her family and always looked on the bright side of things. Christie loved everyone as if they were her own family. She will be remembered as the strongest woman her family ever knew and she will be missed by many.
Survivors include her two children; Dustin Murrell and Kaylie Murrell; a grandson, Asher Murrell; and her parents, Don and Pennie Edens.
A private family service will be held at a later date at the Brunswick Town/Fort Anderson State Historic Site.
