Mrs. Smith was born January 28, 1928 in Italy. She was a devout Catholic with a most beautiful smile; and was always sharing kind words. Mrs. Smith loved her family unconditionally and knew what family was all about.
Survivors include a daughter Diana Nichols and husband Kevin of Santa Fe, Texas; a sister Elena Caruso of Italy; two grandchildren, Shannon Rachel Wickman and Danny Ray Stump; and five great-grandchildren, Nicholas Boylan, Anthony Boylan, Makayla Boylan, Dillion Stump, and Danny Keith Stump.
A funeral mass will be held at noon on Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Northwood Cemetery. The family will have visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday in the Peacock – Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel.
