In addition to his parents, Jackie is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Mildred Peadrick; maternal his grandparents, James and Nancy Marie Sullivan; paternal grandparents Earl and Virginia Naylor; and uncle, John L Sullivan.

He is survived by his life partner, Tama Jene Edwards; sons, Jackie Glenn Naylor III, Adam C. Peirce, and Brandon Matthew Willetts, his uncle, James Franklin Sullivan, Jr.; his aunts, Sharon Kay Smith, Margaret Ann Hughes, Tonya (Fred) Perry, and Trindalyn Tartt; his brother; Randle Lee Naylor; his sister Tabatha Annette Naylor; nephews, Randle Lee Naylor, Jr., Michael Keith Naylor, Jaxon Levi Naylor, Credence Ray Naylor, Zane Moorehouse, Rocky Brown, Jr.; niece Brianna Nicole Brown, and his cousins Tara Marie Boswell, Candace Renee Butler, Kyle Robert Perry, Hiley Sullivan, Leah Sullivan, and McKenzie Sullivan.

Jackie loved to go mudding and listening to loud music anywhere he could. He loved his family and friends who will miss him dearly.
