Joan was born January 21, 1936 in Gaston County, NC, daughter of the late Plato and Lucille T. Bullard. She was a life-long member of First United Methodist Church in Bessemer City, NC. Mrs. Noblett was a Sunday School Teacher and Youth Leader.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Charles Eugene "Gene" Noblett; three daughters, Jeanne Noblett Weimer, Mary Anne Noblett Whaley and husband Jeff, and Beth Noblett; a brother, Paul Bullard and wife Judy; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jean Bullard.
A celebration of her life will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 16, 2022 in the Peacock - Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick, 955 Mercy Lane, Bolivia, NC 28422.
