Mr. Falk was born April 7, 1951 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late John and Freda Falk.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Falk; two children, John Falk, Jr. and wife Jamie, and Nicole Ann Williams; two grandchildren, Joey Dueh and Dylan Dueh; and his sister, Gerry Kiral and husband Andy.
In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held.
