Mrs. Mullins was born November 13, 1964 in Mount Kisco, New York.
She was predeceased by her father Jim Kula of Columbus, Ohio, and mother Julie Brown of Boiling Spring Lakes. Survivors include her husband Tom Mullins of Florida, sons Thomas McGilivray of San Diego, and Jacy Barbee of Greensboro; daughter Taylor Marie Barbee of Leland; step-daughters, Danielle Mullins and Chrissy Mullins; step-father Loyd Brown of Boiling Spring Lakes; an aunt, Jayne Lathrop of Southport; and boon companion "Gracie".
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
