Mrs. Binkley was born October 17, 1939 in Bowling Green, Ohio, daughter of the late Forrest and Bourbon Smith. She graduated from Bowling Green High School in 1957, and attended Bowling Green State University. Linda moved to Elyria, Ohio and was employed by Elyria City Schools. She retired in 1996. She enjoyed spending time with friends, especially at her condo in Myrtle Beach.
Mrs. Binkley is survived by her husband of 67 years, Thomas Binley; a daughter, Brenda Binkley; and three grandchildren, Katie Anderson, Tommy Binkley, and Tabitha Binkley.
She was preceded in death by her son, Brent Binkley.
