Rita Sue Starnes of Norwood, North Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on November 7, 2017.
She was born on June 20, 1954, and is survived by her husband of 45 years, D.J. Starnes of the home; her son Donald; her daughter Deborah Joyce; two grandsons, three granddaughters and one great-granddaughter.
A memorial service for Mrs. Starnes will be held Saturday, November 18, at 6 p.m. at Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service, Southport.
