Terry was born November 3, 1963 in Greensboro, North Carolina, son the late Roscoe and Peggy Gordon.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Gordon; five children, Jeremy Gordon and fiancee Brooke Borowski, Elizabeth Gordon, Anthony Tomlinson and wife Kathryn, Russell Tomlinson and wife Kalie Argento, and Scott Tomlinson; five grandchildren, Booker Gordon, Alyssa Tomlinson, Nevaeh Tomlinson, Kinsley Tomlinson, and Syler Tomlinson; and a brother, Michael Gordon.
