Mr. Withrow was born November 6, 1940, son of the late Brooks Woodyard Withrow and Margaret Withrow Hylton. He retired as the Purchasing Manager for E.I. DuPont de Nemours, Belle, West Virginia after 28 ½ years. Mr. Withrow was preceded in death by his daughter Darlene Williams of Dallas, Texas, brother, Ronnie Withrow of Nitro, West Virginia, and brother Kenton Withrow of Chicago, Illinois.
Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Suzanne Foster Withrow; son Wendell Withrow and wife Debbie of St. Albans, West Virginia; daughter, Lora Wilkerson and husband Les of Charleston, West Virginia; sisters, Anna Iman of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Hope Hannas of St. Albans, West Virginia; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, and a lots of wonderful friends.
The family will hold a private service.
