Carol Linda Knight, age 75, of DELRAY BEACH, Florida passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021. Carol was born May 29, 1945 in Newark, New Jersey.

Carol is survived by daughter TRACY KNIGHT; daughter SHERI ROSENBERG; and son CORY KNIGHT; brother BARRY ZIDEL, brother PAUL ZIDEL and sister in law DEBBIE JOHNSON.

An entombment for Carol will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 12:00 AM at Menorah Gardens & Funeral Chapels, 21100 West Griffin Road, Southwest Ranches, Florida 333322021, followed by a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
