With heavy hearts we are sad to announce the passing of our loving brother.
Boyd passed away June 8, 2024 at Mohawk Meadows in Andover, NJ at the age of 76. Born to Boyd and Myrtle Mackerley on August 16th,1947. Boyd lived most of his life in Hamburg. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, going for car rides, garage sales and shopping.
Boyd is predeceased by his parents and his sister Joyce Oquendo of PA. He is survived by his sisters Laura Richline of Hamburg, Robin Haring of Sussex, Charlene Johnson (Robert) of Hamburg, Dorothy Kays (Gary) of Hamburg and Arlene Current (Wayde) of Greeley PA and his brother Fredrick Mackerley of Hamburg. His 19 nieces and nephews, 29 great nieces and nephews, and several great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 14, 2024 from 1PM - 3PM with a service to follow at 3pm at Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main Street Sparta, NJ with private cremation to follow.
