Eduardo M. Ramos

Eduardo was born in Manilla, Philippines to Anita Menez and Godofredo Ramos, Governor and Father of Aklan. He studied at Columbia and earned a BS in Economics; it was at this time he met his wife Marie Donohue. He worked for the city of New York. He was a very generous man to his family, friends and strangers, often opening his door to share his home with those who needed a place. He was the type of person who would give you his shirt or shoes if you needed them and never expect anything in return.

He was a long time resident of Westerleigh in Staten Island NY. A member of Lion’s Club and local prayer groups. He enjoyed ballroom dancing and spending time with his family. He was a great example of a caring and loving father, grandfather and friend to all.

He is survived by his daughter Jacqueline Ramos-Pinsky, grand daughter Sarah Jane Krinsky(Pinsky) and her husband Aaron Krinsky , granddaughter Caroline Alexis Pinsky and her fiance Adriano Polemeni , his Brother Alex and sisters Linda , Lourdes ,Victoria , Marison, Susan and Grace also his ex-wife Marie who remained his good friend and was by his side .

A celebration of life for Eduardo will be held 11AM, Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 294 S. Sparta Ave., Sparta, NJ 07871.
