Joseph P. Basile, III

Dingmans Ferry, Pa- Joseph P. Basile, III, went home peacefully to the Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. He was 40 years old. Joseph was born in Belleville, NJ to Joseph Jr, and Janet (Lamego) Basile. He resided in Dingmans Ferry, Pa for the past two years previously living in Sparta. He was a Freemason of Acadia Lodge, Wharton-Dover. Joseph was an avid hockey fan, and followed the NJ Devils. He enjoyed creative writing, was a history buff with interests in WW II and ancient mythology, and enjoyed spending quality time with his family. Joseph is survived by his wife, Janine Basile of Wood Ridge, his parents, Joseph and Janet Basile of Sparta, two daughters, Marina “Mia” Pollock of Sparta, Sarah Ryan of Wisconsin, and a son, Justinian “JJ” Basile of Wood Ridge, NJ, as well as many loved ones of his extended family. Friends and family are invited to a memorial visitation from 1-3:30 pm, with a 2:00 pm memorial service celebration on Saturday November 7, 2015 at Goble Funeral Home 22 Main Street Sparta, NJ 07871.
