Marie A. Klug

MARIE A. KLUG, 97, of Oak Ridge, New Jersey passed away on July 10, 2018 at Merry Heart Nursing Home in Succasunna, NJ. Marie was born in West New York, NJ and was a resident of Oak Ridge for 45 years. She was active in Holy Faith Lutheran Church in Oak Ridge and she was also a member of the Golden Age Club in Jefferson Township. Marie was an avid reader, baker, and gardener and had a strong faith that she instilled in her children. Marie is predeceased by her beloved husband Alfred, her son Rev Carl Klug, devoted daughter Linda Burhans and her grandson Jonathan. Marie is survived by her beloved children: Margaret Bikel and her husband Robert, Robert Klug and his wife Jean, and Lisa Klug and her husband Anthony. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren: Cynthia Wesloske and her husband Bill, Robert Bikel and his wife Katie and Katherine Klug. Marie is also survived by her sister Lydia Hubbard and 5 loving great grandchildren. Friends may call Friday, July 13, 2018 from 4-8pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St, Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral service will be held at 10am Saturday at the Holy Faith Lutheran Church, 104 Paradise Road, Oak Ridge, NJ 07438.
