

Age 75, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend passed away at Morristown Memorial Hospital on January 31st 2011 surrounded by her loving family.
Pat was born December 31st 1935 in New Rochelle, NY, she was the daughter of Gordon and Gladys Case. She grew up in New Rochelle where she spent many happy times with her family.
She resided in Sparta NJ for 26 years before moving to Lafayette, NJ in 1992. She was employed as a secretary in the Guidance Department at the Sparta Middle School for 33 years.
Pat was very active with the Sparta Seniors and was a member of the NJEA and The Red Hatter's Club. She loved to travel with her friends and family visiting many countries throughout the world. She especially enjoyed many road trips with her best friend Birdie. Pat's favorite times were spent with her friends at the pool playing cards and games. She had a very special love for animals.
Pat will especially be remembered for her strong will and zest for life despite many physical challenges. Her strength, courage and positive attitude inspired everyone she knew. Her family was blessed through the years with her unconditional love, support and strong spirit.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth J. Hynes and her twin sister Phyllis Mcgoey.
Left to cherish her memories are her children, Deborah Chambers of Charlotte, N.C., Katherine Youngclaus of Jefferson, N.J., Kenneth R. Hynes and wife Susan of Vernon, N.J. Her grandchildren Joshua Chambers and wife Elizabeth of Charlotte, N.C., Gregory Chambers of Charlotte, N.C., Kenneth Hynes Jr. and wife Maxine of Nappa, CA, Bryan Hynes of Columbus, OH and Shane Youngclaus of Jefferson, N.J. Great-grandchildren Wells and Elizabeth Chambers of Charlotte N.C. Brother; Gordon Case and wife Jeanne of Los Gatos, Ca. and sister; Louise Danek and husband Bob of Virginia Beach, Va, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Friday, February 4, 2011 from 4-8pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, 10am at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 294 Sparta Ave., Sparta, NJ. Interment will follow at N. Hardyston Cemetery, Hamburg, NJ.
