Roberta D. Osborne

Roberta D. Osborne passed away on November 5, 2015. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 56 years, James H. Osborne (2012), and her sister Ruth McKeever. Survived by daughter Deborah Hinchman and her husband Wayne of Blairstown, NJ; son Gregory Osborne and fiancée Joyce Rinaldi of Sussex, NJ; daughter Karen Osborne of Littleton, CO; son James Osborne and his wife Amy of Warwick, NY; and son Steven Osborne and his wife Rose of West Orange, NJ.

Dear grandmother of 9 grandchildren; Jason and John Hinchman, Amanda, Shawn, Julia, Matthew, Cole, Damian and Belen Osborne, and 4 great grandchildren; Jack, Wayne, William, and Lily Hinchman.

Roberta was a secretary at Standard Register Company in Roseland, NJ, before retiring in 1997. She was a member of the Rosary Alter Society of Holy Spirit R.C. Church, Pequannock, NJ for many years, and served as president and secretary. She was also involved with the Paterson Diocesan Council of Catholic Women.

After moving to Ledgewood in 2002, she and her husband joined St. Therese Church in Sucussanna, NJ, and was a member of the St. Therese Rosary Alter Society.

Visitation will be held at Goble Funeral Home 22 Main Street, Sparta, NJ from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, 2015. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015, at 11:00am, at Holy Spirit R.C. Church in Pequannock, NJ. Interment will be at Restland Memorial Cemetery, in East Hanover, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to American Heart Association.
