Vito M. Telischak

Vito M. Telischak was a beloved son, brother, husband, father to his five children, and Grandpa to eleven wonderful blessings. His gift to this world was his ability to dream, create, and love. He built with hammers and nails, but he also built with love and light. He cared deeply about people and devoted himself to making the world a better place through his involvement in our community.

After battling cancer for over a year, he left this earth peacefully with his family by his side on September 2, 2022. His peaceful passing leaves his loved ones missing him beyond words but knowing he has joined God and the many family and friends who have passed before him.

Vito was such a strong presence on this earth and we know his memory will live on forever. He touched many lives with his stories, his selflessness, and his boundless love for his family. There has never been a truer depiction of a “family man”. His family was his world and his reason for living. Vito leaves behind a true legacy of a family who loved him more than anything in this world and so many others who were impacted by his kindness and compassion.

Vito will be so missed by all, but we take solace in knowing his contributions to this world will carry on forever.

Visitation will be at Goble Funeral Home (22 Main Street Sparta, NJ) from 5:00-8:00pm on Thursday, September 8th

Funeral will be at St Thomas (53 Kennedy Avenue Ogdensburg, NJ) at 10:00am on Friday, September 9th
