

ARDYTHE ELEANOR (BALL) WYNNE
“96 YEARS YOUNG”
NOVEMBER. 19, 1925 – MARCH 19, 2022
Ardythe (Ardy) was born in Butte, Montana to Howard and Marjorie Ball. The family later moved to Davenport Washington where Ardy went to Davenport High School.
Ardy later worked at the Lake Washington ship yards during WWII. Her artistic ability came in handy in the drafting department. Being an attractive outgoing young women entered a beauty contest and won third place.
She lived at Medical Lake Washington, Hauser Lake Idaho, and several places around Spokane finally residing at Mission Meadows in the Spokane Valley where she met so many wonderful friends. She loved going to karaoke at the club house. She had a gift of making a perfect stranger into a new friend wherever she went.
Ardy was a member of the Valley Eagles, VFW, Kiwanis, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, church and the birthday club and many more groups.
She enjoyed an active life style. She loved dancing to the tunes of Stagecoach West, gardening, card games, crafts knitting and entertaining at her home. She cherished every moment of life with family and friends.
Ardy was preceded in death by her husband Lee Wynne, Brother Donald Ball, step children Cynthia Kennedy and Jennifer Obrien. She leaves behind her brother Howard L. Ball, children Diane McQuillin, Janice M. Briant, Kathe Watts and Jim McQuillin and step children Jim Wynne and Diane Alfano and many grandchildren nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the many friends and family for their love and support of our mother, especially the neighbors and wonderful friendships she made at Mission Meadows.
Ardy will be laid to rest with her husband Lee Wynne at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery 21702 W. Espanola Rd. Medical Lake, Washington 99022.
There will be a reception after the service will be held at Mission Meadows club house located at 19312 E. Nora Ln. Spokane Valley, Washington at 12:00 PM. Look for the Mission Meadows sign Just east of Barker Rd. at Mission Ave. and Grady Ln., follow the signs.
