Donna Marie Richards

Donna Marie Richards, age 49, of Cheney, WA lost her year long battle with cancer on December 26, 2010. She was born May 9, 1961 in Spokane, WA to Roger D. and Judy (Reetz) Richards. Donna is survived by her mother Judy Richards of Cheney, WA; brother Kevin and wife Sheila Richards of Newman Lake, WA; and numerous members of her extended family.

She was preceded in death by her father Roger D. Richards in 2004. Donna grew up in Cheney, WA and graduated from Cheney High School. She was a valued employee of the Washington State D.O.T. for 23 years. Donna enjoyed horses, stock car racing, and spending time with her treasured friends. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and will be forever in our hearts. A visitation will take place on Monday, January 3, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., with a funeral service following the visitation at 1:00 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home.
